This is a HYBRID role. Working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office each week, Monday to Friday.

THE JOB

Essential: Interested candidates must have worked in a Phone based and Office based Customer Services type role previously, that includes dealing with quotations and sales order processing admin as well as account management.

In this role you will

  • Work for a successful, growing and expanding organisation that have a reputation of excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers/clients at all levels.
  • Work as part of a busy team, being one of the main points of contact for Customers/Clients that have queries about their account.
  • Dealing with queries right the way through to resolution.
  • Review the status of the clients relationship against KPI's and identify any risk areas
  • Take detailed orders and advise on stock levels
  • Process orders right the way through to delivery
  • Deal with quotations paying great attention to detail
  • Other related admin, such as typing general correspondence and emails, updating the database with all correspondence and conversations as well as emailing confirmations to clients and supporting the team with coordinator type activities
