Leadership: proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team, with experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to team members.Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate business needs into learning and growth opportunities that drive results.Collaboration: strong track record of partnering with people leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to identify and address developmental needs within an organization.
