About Ecover: Back in 1979, phosphates and other cleaning chemicals used in laundry detergents were doing untold damage to waterways and aquatic life across Europe.

So, a bunch of Belgian hippy scientists decide to find a cleaner way. Starting from a tiny shed, they developed a bold new phosphate-free formula and ECOVER was born. Today, we've got a wide portfolio within dish care, fabric care and home cleaners.

Maybe you even saw one of our recent campaigns like "Waschen statt Wegwerfen" and our "Ecover Upcycling workshop". Role purpose:To accelerate brand awareness of Ecover in DACH. A day in the life of:Your day might start at our LSB Huddle - a company wide get together to celebrate our successes - you'll be presenting your exciting activation plans to launch our latest NPD, as well as nominating a colleague for a spin of our Values Wheel after they helped you deliver a piece of work.

After that you'll finalise your creative brief and join a x-functional meeting with the digital team and creative studio to finally crack a behaviour change mechanic that helps consumers refill their existing bottle. Responsibilities: Accountable for Ecover DACH brand performance and key brand metrics - full funnel brand health & penetration Develop, deliver and evaluate brand plans to drive brand equity and relevance with consumers Be the voice of the German consumer in all things innovation by collaboration with Innovation leads on opportunity/gap analysis for new brand innovations Lead DACH brand planning & implementation, working closely with global and regional brand teams on brand strategy and local market requirements.
